To make your stay a pleasant experience, please obey the following rules:

- The designated bowling area may only be entered with bowling shoes. You are not allowed to leave the building (for smoking, telephoning, etc.) while wearing bowling shoes.

- Do not step on the bowling lanes.

- If there is a malfunction while playing, do not try to fix it by yourself - please contact the staff.

- Reservations are only valid by telephone or directly at the center. Reservations by eMail or fax will be ignored.

- Please be on time if you have made a reservation. If you arrive lately,  your reserved lane may have been given to someone else.

- For a extension of the reserved time please contact the staff.

- If you start and game and don't want to finish it, it will be billed proportional.

- Delays caused by technical breakdown will not lower the price.

- We are not responsible for private bowling equipment.

- Smoking is only allowed in the marked smoking-lounge.

- Photographs taken during events will be published on our website.

- Animals (dogs, etc.) are not allowed in the building.

- It is not permitted to bring your own food or drinks.

- Please follow the directions of the staff.

- Every guest accepts this rules when entering our bowling center.
